Customer Service Department

Our Central Customer Service Department assures quality and consistency. This high-performance department consists of seven Customer Service Representatives.
Through specially programmed caller identification on our telephone system, Customer Service knows which area of the state the patient or referral is calling from before they answer the call. This feature allows us to be more customer focused than our competition. To ensure timely after-hours response to patient and referral source needs, Associated Healthcare partners exclusively with our answering service. All calls are answered by people experienced in patient communications. These professionals will answer questions. . .arrange for emergency deliveries. . .and, if necessary, direct patient needs to an on-call Associated clinician in the local service area.
